01. Concept & Design
The process begins with the concept and design of the murti. The posture, proportions, ornaments, expressions, carvings, and every important detail are carefully planned.
02. CAD Design
The approved concept is transformed into a precise 3D CAD model, defining every proportion, curve, ornament, and intricate detail. The model is refined to ensure the final brass sculpture stays true to the intended design and proportions.
03. Mould Making
Once the CAD design is finalized, it is used to prepare the production mould. The mould is created to capture the detailed shape and intricate features of the murti.
04. Brass Casting
High-quality brass is heated until molten and carefully poured into the prepared mould. As the molten brass cools and solidifies, it takes the detailed form of the designed murti.
05. Mould Removal & Cleaning
After cooling, the brass casting is carefully removed from the mould. Excess metal, casting marks, and unwanted edges are removed to reveal the basic form of the murti.
06. Detailed Finishing
Skilled artisans carefully refine the surface and details of the casting. Facial features, ornaments, carvings, clothing details, and other intricate elements are finished by hand.
07. Polishing & Surface Finishing
The murti is polished and given its desired surface finish. Special attention is given to highlighting the intricate details and creating a refined appearance.
08. Quality Inspection
Every finished murti undergoes a careful quality inspection for design accuracy, proportions, detailing, finishing, stability, and overall appearance.
